This binder contains: (i) latest listing of fastener manufacturers who are registered with the USA Patents and Trademarks Office under the Fastener Quality Act (FQA) Insignia listing and (ii) US Department of Defense Fastener Manufacturer's Identification listing. This document also contains a copy of the form a manufacture must use to register insignia with the USA Patents and Trademarks Office under the FQA.
